SOLOSAR, a subsidiary of the UNIPROMET Group, designs, develops, and delivers durable technical solutions for road safety, site protection, solar installations, and landscape development.

For over 45 years, we have been transforming steel and wood to meet the practical needs of local authorities, civil engineering contractors, and industrial clients, in France and across Europe.

Backed by UNIPROMET, a leading European manufacturer, SOLOSAR benefits from direct access to high-performance production facilities, an integrated design office, and full control over the entire value chain – from design to on-site delivery.

Our site in Sarreguemines (Moselle), covering more than 16,000 m², enables us to offer tailor-made solutions that combine hot-dip galvanized steel, autoclaved solid wood, and proven assembly expertise. This industrial synergy ensures quality, responsiveness, and compliance with standards (EN, NF, CE, RAL, ASTRA).

SOLOSAR is actively involved in advancing road safety at both national and European levels:

As a member of the CNDRR (French National Commission for Vehicle Restraint Systems), we contribute to European technical working groups (WG1 and TG2 of CEN/TC 226) on the EN 1317 standard.
As a member of PIARC (World Road Association), which includes 128 member governments and consultative status with the United Nations, we contribute to global discussions and knowledge-sharing in road and transport development.

As a member of SER (French Road Equipment association), we work closely with road safety stakeholders to ensure equipment meets the most stringent standards.
