In industrial and logistics environments, every site layout comes with its own constraints: vehicle traffic, storage areas, loading bays, technical equipment, machinery, columns, building corners or sensitive areas requiring protection.

The SOLOPROTECT® range offers robust, modular steel components designed to create protection systems tailored to the actual configuration of each site.

Thanks to straight or curved horizontal rails, continuous protection lines can be created, curves can be followed, installations can be bypassed, and areas with specific geometries can be effectively protected.


Protection designed for industrial environments

SOLOPROTECT® rails are particularly suitable for areas exposed to impacts or accidental contact caused by vehicles and material-handling equipment.

They can be used in particular to protect:

  • storage areas and racking systems;

  • technical equipment and installations;

  • machinery and production lines;

  • façades, partitions and building structures;

  • vehicle and forklift traffic areas;

Straight horizontal rails

The horizontal rail is the main component of the protection system. Its double-wave steel profile provides a geometry particularly well suited to creating longitudinal protection systems in industrial environments.

Two standard lengths make it easy to adapt the system to the required protection length.

Horizontal rail – 2 m length

This length is particularly suitable for areas requiring greater modularity or featuring frequent changes in configuration.

Horizontal rail – 4 m length

The 4-metre version enables continuous protection lines to be installed quickly while reducing the number of connections required.


Curved rails: adapting to the geometry of the site

Industrial sites are not always made up of straight lines.

Machinery, buildings, traffic routes, platforms and storage areas may require protection systems that follow a curved layout.

For this purpose, SOLOPROTECT® offers concave and convex curved horizontal rails, manufactured using the same profile principle as the straight elements.

Concave curved rail

The concave rail forms an inward curve: viewed from above, the centre of the rail curves towards the inside of the protected area.

It can be used in particular to follow:

  • an internal curve;

  • the outline of a piece of equipment;

  • certain traffic areas;

  • a specific architectural geometry.

Convex curved rail

The convex rail, by contrast, forms an outward curve.

It is suitable for layouts requiring a protected area, equipment item or infrastructure to be bypassed or wrapped around.


Modular design

One of the main advantages of the SOLOPROTECT® system is the ability to combine different components to create a coherent protection system around the area to be secured.

A single installation can therefore combine:

straight rails + curved rails + supports + connection elements + bolting.

This modular approach makes it easier to design protection systems that respond to actual site constraints rather than imposing a standardised solution on the existing environment.


A finish designed for industrial constraints

The components are manufactured from S235 steel and protected by hot-dip galvanising in accordance with ISO 1461.

This surface treatment is particularly suitable for steel equipment used in industrial, logistics or outdoor environments and contributes to long-term durability.


Configurations tailored to your site layout

Defining an industrial protection system involves more than simply determining the total length to be equipped.

Concave or convex curved horizontal rails

To adapt the protection system precisely to the geometry of the project, several configurations are available, including the following radii:

5 m – 10 m – 15 m – 20 m – 25 m – 30 m – 35 m

Custom radii can also be studied depending on the specific requirements of the project.

Curved rails are available in concave or convex versions, according to the required direction of curvature.
